  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Brush chicken with oil. Sprinkle with curry, salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken in heated pan. Cook until browned with internal temperature of 165F.
  • Transfer chicken to serving platter and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
